Who Can Apply for the Loan?
Azerbaijani companies that meet the following criteria:

- Registered and operating in Azerbaijan in compliance with Azerbaijani legislation
- Classified as individual entrepreneurs or sole proprietors
- Meeting the standard financial evaluation criteria of the Partner Bank or Partner Financial Institution
- Complying with the Environmental and Social Policy of the EBRD
