How can I get a NeoCard? 

NeoCard Standard and NeoCard Premium cards can be obtained at any Bank Respublika branch or service outlet, through the Mobil Şöbə application, or by completing the online order form on the Bank’s website. The card is issued to the customer within 3 business days.

Where can I view my bonus balance?

For every manat spent  you earn 20 NeoBonuses  with NeoCard. You can view your bonus balance and all NeoCard transactions in the "NeoCard" section of the Mobil Şöbə application.

Earned bonuses are displayed in the application within 3 business days and remain valid for 2 years from the date they are credited to the account.

Where can I earn bonuses?

You can earn bonuses on all payments made via POS terminals anywhere, regardless of whether the merchant is a Bank partner, including restaurants, gas stations, stores, and payments for other goods and services. Bonuses are also earned on all electronic (online) transactions, except for the following:

  • Card-to-card transfers
  • Cash by Code service
  • Loan repayments
  • Mortgage payments
  • Utility payments
  • Mobile operator payments
  • Payments on the HÖT platform
  • Payments to television and internet service providers
  • Betting and gambling

How can I redeem NeoBonuses for cashback?

Accumulated bonuses can be redeemed for cashback in the «NeoCard» section of the Mobil Şöbə application. The redemption amount is calculated by dividing the accumulated bonuses by 1,000 (for example: 2,290 NeoBonuses / 1,000 = 2.29 AZN). Accumulated bonuses can be redeemed after the 5th day of each month. Bonuses may be redeemed in full or in part. The maximum monthly redemption amount is 300 AZN. The available balance is formed based on transactions completed during the previous month. If the available cashback balance is not redeemed during the current month, those bonuses may only be used for other redemption options.

How can I redeem bonuses for miles?

To convert bonuses into miles, pay for any travel-related service with your NeoCard. Then, in the NeoCard / Miles section of the Mobil Şöbə application, use your bonuses to reimburse the payment amount. This amount will be credited back to the card. Bonuses are converted into miles by dividing the number of bonuses by 900.

How can I convert bonuses into call minutes and internet packages?

Accumulated bonuses can be exchanged for call minutes and internet packages at any time. To do this, open the "NeoCard" section in the Mobil Şöbə application and exchange your bonuses for minutes or gigabytes.

What are the benefits of NeoCard Premium?

NeoCard Premium cardholders enjoy a number of benefits.

  • A higher welcome bonus of 4,000 NeoBonuses.
  • A more attractive interest rate on the card balance: 5% per annum in AZN and 0.2% per annum in USD.
  • Free use of the LoungeKey service twice a year.
  • Free cash withdrawals from other banks’ ATMs up to 10 times.

How is interest on the card balance calculated?

Interest on the card balance is calculated at the beginning of each month and credited to the NeoCard. The annual interest rate for NeoCard Standard is 3% in AZN and 0.1% in USD. For NeoCard Premium, the annual interest rate is 5% in AZN and 0.2% in USD.

How can I receive the welcome bonus?

The welcome bonus is awarded to NeoCard holders who make transactions of at least 300 AZN with NeoCard Standard or at least 500 AZN with NeoCard Premium during the first month after receiving the card.
